Andres wrote in his letter: “My name is Andrés and I am 12 years old. My mother and I have decided to leave it to you. It’s all behind my father’s back, because he was thinking of selling it. René was discovered in the box by the rescue center, which is trying to find a permanent home for the furry companion. According to The Mirror, a spokesperson for the rescue center said: “They left this puppy for us outside the shelter, in a box, with a note and a soft toy. The note was written by a boy and was explained that his dad had abused this puppy and was going to sell him. With all that burden of desperation they left him for us to be rescued. We had to take him to the doctor for a tail check as he seems be fractured, deworm him and start his photo medical. More expense for us and more work, but luckily he’s safe.”
