luckythe first Spanish brand of plant-based food products, will open its first pop-up store from May 20 to 24 in Madrid, the Spanish capital.
In this ephemeral store, customers will be able to taste some dishes made with the brand’s product portfolio, including:
- Traditional minced and minced vegan ground meat
- Vegan Empanadas with Chorizo and Sausage
- Chili wrap with 100% vegan meat
- Barbecue pizza with minced vegan meat
The sale price will be one euro and the profits will go to Vegan Santuario, a Spanish animal shelter foundation. At the pop-up, participants can also take part in the Challenge Heura! contest, which offers the chance to win a free year of Heura by challenging the Heura R&D team to create new products.
Last month, Heura surpassed its crowdfunding goal of €1 million in just 30 minutes. Through its second Equity for Good Rebels crowdfunding campaign, Heura raised over €4 million in just 12 hours. Earlier this year, food campaigners reported that 2021 had been the most successful in the company’s five-year history, which saw its retail footprint grow from 3,000 to 13,000 locations as it extended its reach to 20 countries.
In March this year, Heura launched what it says is the world’s first vegan chorizo burger, making a total of three offerings in the pork category and representing the tenth product in the brand’s portfolio, which includes snacks, nuggets and meatballs, among other options. in the chicken, beef and pork categories.
