‘Woofstock’ Music Festival Returns in October – Lowcountry Weekend

CHARLESTON, SC (Lowcountry Weekend) – The annual fundraiser for local relief and shelters, Woofstock, returns October 8 to the Hanahan Amphitheater!

First held in 2019, the award-winning Woofstock returns with the biggest line-up yet, including platinum artists LIT! Returning this year are Kevn Kinney from Drivin N Cryin and Greg West from Florida. New this year is Carly Moffa and Charlestonians of American Idol, Jared Petteys & the Headliners and Kate Vera. Artists will play a wide variety of music throughout the day.

Proceeds from this festival will benefit 10 local shelters and shelters: Dorchester Paws, Berkeley Animal Center, All 4 Paws, Eunoia Rescue, Pet Helpers, Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary, Carolina Boxer Rescue, Libby & Mace’s Place, Save the Clefts and Waters Edge . Great Dane Rescue.

Advance discount tickets are currently $35 and admission will be $50 at the door. Children 12 and under are free.

Lowcountry Dog Magazine, along with Pet Supplies Plus and David Aylor Law Offices, present WOOFSTOCK: A Lowcountry Dog Music Festival at the Hanahan Amphitheater.

In addition to great music, the festival features some of the Lowcountry’s best food trucks, craft vendors, local dog businesses, children’s activities, and a dog lure course. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome, and participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. No coolers or food or drink from outside are allowed. Adult drinks will be offered by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Southern Eagle and Estuary Brewery.
